You will provide technical consultancy and infrastructure support within a complex network environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee day-to-day technical activities independently.
• Troubleshoot complex issues to identify risks and determine corrective actions.
• Manage client expectations through clear communication and analytical problem-solving.
• Administer directory services and core network protocols.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in IT support roles.
• Expert knowledge of MS Windows Server.
• Experience with Linux/Novell OES or SUSE.
• Proficiency with VMWare ESX.
• Experience administering MS Active Directory or NDS.
• Knowledge of network protocols.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Novell or Microsoft Certifications.
• Experience with NetIQ products (Identity Manager, Access Manager, Zenworks).
• Fibre Channel zoning and Hitachi SAN storage provisioning.
