Description

Lead the design and delivery of WiFi and LAN infrastructure for North American manufacturing plants and campus buildings.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver WiFi and LAN infrastructure according to established standards and best practices.
• Develop technical project plans covering cost, timing, scope, contingency, and risks based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate network design changes for technology refreshes and participate in change management forums.
• Provide guidance to IT Site Management and service providers for WiFi site surveys, installation, and testing.
• Update network documentation and write change controls to ensure process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in networking.
• Technical Project Management experience within a network discipline.
• Working knowledge of Cisco WiFi and LAN switching technologies.
• Proficiency with EIGRP, LAN, and general networking protocols.
• Experience using WebEx and WebEx Teams for communication.
• Strong technical planning and requirement gathering skills.
• Ability to manage project tasks and deliverables independently.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of plant network infrastructure and structure cabling industry standards.
• Familiarity with Rally Project Management tool.
