You will manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the company's network infrastructure and connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues and resolve network disruptions.
• Manage and support Cisco networking equipment.
• Maintain and optimize Wi-Fi and VoIP systems.
• Provide technical support and maintain clear communication with customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional networking experience.
• Hands-on experience with LAN troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Cisco hardware and equipment.
• Experience managing Wi-Fi and VoIP technologies.
• CCNA certification or completion of a CCNA Boot Camp.
• Strong customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
