Description

Manage network infrastructure stability and incident resolution for critical systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve P1 and P2 network incidents within defined SLAs.
• Support critical network outages and manage technical escalations.
• Monitor network performance metrics to ensure high availability.
• Configure and maintain SD-WAN, routing protocols, and firewall policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, resolutions, and network configurations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Network Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus platforms.
• Proficiency with Palo Alto firewalls.
• Experience with SD-WAN technologies (Versa preferred).
• Proven incident management and troubleshooting skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with wireless technologies such as Cisco or Aruba.
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
