Description

Manage and maintain complex network infrastructure across campus and data center environments in Freeport, TX.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and VRF.
• Manage firewall security using Cisco ASA and Palo Alto NGFW via Panorama.
• Administer load balancing and application delivery through F5 technologies.
• Maintain connectivity and security using Zscaler ZIA/ZPAs and Meraki SD-WAN.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on networking experience.
• Proficiency with Nexus NXOS 5k/7k/9k/fex, ASR IOS-XE, and ISR.
• Experience with Cisco switches 2960 and 9500.
• Deep knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VRF, PBR, and L2/3 VLANs.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Pan-OS, Cisco ASA, and Zscaler.
• Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, SSL, DHCP, and HTTP(S) protocols.
• Ability to lift equipment up to 30 pounds and perform local travel within the Freeport area.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP certification, progressing towards CCIE.
• Palo Alto certifications (PCNSA, PCNSE) or Zscaler certifications (ZCCA, ZCCP).
