Description

Lead network and firewall operations while managing large technical teams and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business operations, including vendor management, risk management, and administrative tasks.
• Oversee technical teams to ensure service delivery and monitor ticket assignment, aging, and closure.
• Drive continuous service improvement and define KPIs for team members.
• Execute compliance functions and manage internal and external audits.
• Report operational metrics and ticket trends to stakeholders during weekly and monthly business reviews.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of technical experience in design, implementation, and architecture for corporate or multinational environments.
• Minimum 3 years of recent project management experience leading teams of at least 20 people.
• Hands-on experience with Routing, Switching, F5, and Fortinet.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Functional understanding of ITIL frameworks.
• Experience managing data center and infrastructure operations.
• Proficiency in business analysis and dashboard monitoring.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of automation tools and processes.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow dashboards and O365 tools.
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince 2, ITIL Foundation, or ITIL 4 Foundation.
