Description

Act as the senior subject matter expert for monitoring, analyzing, and resolving enterprise network issues. Provide Tier 3 support and technical guidance to government stakeholders and project leads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze enterprise network components including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and encryptors.
• Provide technical guidance and Tier 3 support to Government stakeholders, Project Leads, and Network Analysts.
• Review contractor work against government standards and industry best practices to provide recommendations.
• Use the Enterprise Network Monitoring Platform to analyze and document network performance data.
• Serve as an on-call escalation point for resolving complex network tickets.

Required Skills

• Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing network solutions.
• Expert knowledge of IP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and MPLS.
• Experience with stateful firewalls and encryption technologies.
• Working knowledge of network management tools such as Riverbed, Wireshark, and Micro Focus Network Automation.
• Experience with IDS/IPS, access control lists, and general security methodologies.
• Knowledge of web applications, web servers, application load balancers, and storage systems.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments.
