Description

You will own Level 3 support for enterprise network infrastructure, focusing on Cisco ACI environments and data center technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco ACI environments and Cisco Nexus switches.
• Perform root cause analysis for critical network incidents and implement permanent fixes.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot load balancers.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in planned maintenance and weekend support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall networking experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Level 3 Network Support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure).
• Experience with load balancers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise and data center networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
