Description

You will design, implement, and support complex global network infrastructure, providing L3 support for production issues and strategic technical direction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead L3 troubleshooting and resolution for critical network communications, backbone, and performance issues impacting global operations.
• Design and implement complex network solutions, including security postures, access control, and Software Defined Networking.
• Manage network security infrastructure, including firewalls, and drive automation and process improvements.
• Develop network roadmaps, audit compliance standards, and technical documentation for high-level and low-level designs.
• Provide escalation support to lower-tier teams and consult with internal and external stakeholders on architectural decisions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall experience in network engineering with a minimum of 2 years in a senior role.
• Expertise in TCP/IP, subnetting, and routing protocols including EIGRP, BGP, and eBGP.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, firewalls, wireless, security, VoIP, and encryption technologies.
• Proficiency with Cisco product portfolios (routers, switches) and network diagnostics (SNMP, VPN, SSH, MPLS).
• Experience with firewall platforms such as Checkpoint, Palo Alto, or Cisco ASA.
• Knowledge of VMware and Software Defined Networking (SDN) implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, or CCDE).
• Experience with Cisco ACS and ISE.
