Description

You will design, implement, and support enterprise network, security, and load-balancing solutions, serving as the technical escalation point for complex client deployments and migrations. You will troubleshoot high-severity issues, drive automation initiatives, and mentor junior engineers while participating in 24x7 on-call support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client deployments and migrations as the primary technical escalation point.
• Design and implement enterprise network, security, and load-balancing solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-severity, mission-critical network issues.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continual improvement initiatives using scripting.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in 24x7 on-call support rotations.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in enterprise, cloud-enabled, or mission-critical network environments.
• Strong expertise in routing, switching, TCP/IP, and network security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies and/or load balancers.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public cloud networking in AWS and Azure.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE or public cloud Associate/Professional.
