Description

You will design, deploy, and maintain scalable network and data center infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Cisco Nexus data center infrastructure and Palo Alto network solutions.
• Configure and support Cisco Nexus VXLAN infrastructure leveraging BGP with the EVPN address family.
• Develop governing principles, standard processes, and technical documentation for hand-off to Operations teams.
• Manage high-priority projects, including lifecycle planning, cost estimation, and resource planning.
• Implement fault-tolerance and tuning to ensure network performance and availability meet enterprise objectives.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience designing, deploying, and maintaining Cisco Nexus and Palo Alto infrastructure.
• 4+ years of experience with VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, and related fabric/routing protocols.
• 4+ years of experience with Cisco Nexus Dashboard, NXOS, and IOS.
• 4+ years of experience with LAN/WAN architecture and implementation for large enterprise networks.
• 4+ years of experience with advanced Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto PA Firewalls.
• Strong proficiency in routing protocols and network system updates/patching.
• 3+ years of experience delivering technical presentations to senior and executive management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Meraki MX and MS platforms.
• Experience with SD-WAN design and implementation.
