Description

You will design, analyze, and resolve complex issues within the enterprise network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to resolve incidents directly with end users.
  • Design and maintain architecturally sound, highly available enterprise cloud networks.
  • Install and implement network hardware and cabling in data centers and corporate offices.
  • Perform network maintenance, system upgrades, patches, and capacity planning for LAN, WLAN, MAN, and WAN.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and document all actions and network configurations in a knowledge repository.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise networks including Cisco, F5, Juniper, and Palo Alto.
  • 2+ years of experience in network design, planning, connectivity, and migration.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols such as TCP, UDP, STP, HSRP, BGP, and OSPF.
  • Ability to perform network performance monitoring and trending.
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in an on-call rotation, including nights or weekends.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical resolutions to non-technical users.
  • University degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIS, or JNCIP.
