Description

You will provide third-level support for complex network infrastructure, resolving advanced issues escalated from L1 and L2 teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve advanced network issues involving routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems to develop permanent mitigation solutions.
• Monitor network performance and traffic patterns to proactively address bottlenecks and security threats.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Perform regular configuration audits to ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Juniper Networks (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Wi-Fi/Mist).
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with F5 Networks load balancers.
• Cisco CCNA and CCNP certifications.
• Juniper JNCIP-ENT certification.
• CISSP certification.
• Fortinet NSE certifications (NSE 1, 2, 3, and 4).
• Palo Alto PCNSA certification.

Preferred Skills

• Juniper JNCIA-Junos certification.
