Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex enterprise network environments, serving as the primary escalation point for Tier 2 and Tier 3 support issues across corporate, retail, cloud, and data center infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement enterprise-wide network solutions, upgrades, and changes with a strong focus on security, including firewall policy management and trust zone modeling.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and integration activities for network operations in multi-national environments.
• Design and build project implementation plans, ensuring successful delivery through effective stakeholder communication and project management.
• Guide junior engineers and vendors through configuration, implementation, and operational activities while mentoring team members.
• Prepare technical solution designs, proposals, and concise documentation for budgets, technical drawings, and operational handoffs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of related experience at multi-national corporate enterprises with at least 10,000 workers and 20+ countries.
• At least 4 years in a lead design role for one or more large, complex networks.
• Extensive practical experience with routing protocols BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, and Spanning Tree Protocol.
• Advanced knowledge of LAN, MAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, Internet, VPN, WiFi, DNS/DHCP, QoS, and data center network environments.
• Proficiency with Aruba Wireless, Palo Alto Firewall, F5 Load Balancer, Cisco routing and switching, and Meraki SD-WAN.
• Ability to analyze network communications at the packet level and design Layer 2/Layer 3 segmentation including VRF and MPLS.
• Experience deploying and managing load balancers, remote access VPNs, and Next Gen Firewalls.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of VXLAN fabric networks and MPLS label switching/MP-BGP routing.
• Experience with compliance regulations (PCI, HIPAA, GDPR) and Network Access Control solutions.
• Experience with Audio/Voice/Video integrated network environments including QoS, SBC, and SIP.
