Description

Part-time role focused on architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Train Tier 3 technical staff on production network equipment and software maintenance.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues, handle alerts, and resolve technical problems.
• Research tools and systems to improve production environments or resolve existing issues.
• Monitor system performance to proactively address potential issues.
• Respond to technical emergencies as part of Tier 3 support.

Required Skills

• 12-15+ years of senior-level experience in technical implementation, installation, and maintenance of network hardware.
• Advanced expertise in supporting and monitoring enterprise networks.
• Proficient in complex network troubleshooting and hardware management.
• Deep knowledge of switches, routers, and operating systems.
• Experience with network security policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to install, support, and maintain computers and peripherals in a geographically dispersed enterprise.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Ability to address technical emergencies efficiently.
