Description

Architect, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure while training Tier 3 staff and resolving complex technical issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain enterprise network hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and resolve technical problems.
• Train Tier 3 staff on production equipment and maintenance.
• Research tools to improve production environments and system performance.
• Respond to technical emergencies as part of Tier 3 support.

Required Skills

• 12-15+ years of senior-level experience in network implementation and maintenance.
• Advanced expertise in supporting and monitoring enterprise networks.
• Deep knowledge of switches, routers, and operating systems.
• Proficient in complex network troubleshooting and hardware management.
• Experience with network security policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to support computers and peripherals in geographically dispersed enterprises.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
