Description

You will manage a large-scale Cisco-based network environment supporting a primary site and 10 remote locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for enterprise networking infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless networks.
• Configure and maintain Palo Alto Networks firewalls and security measures.
• Handle technical escalations and maintain operational excellence within a team of engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level network support.
• Expertise in Cisco networking technologies, including routers and switches.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN and SD-WAN.
• Proficiency with Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
• Experience managing large data center environments.
• Proven track record providing Level II and Level III support for 500-2000 users.
• Knowledge of wireless networking and security protocols.
• Familiarity with Trackit ticketing systems.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP Certification in Routing and Switching.
