Description

You will own the design, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Configure, upgrade, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise routers, switches, VPN concentrators, firewalls, wireless access points, and load balancers.
• Troubleshoot network infrastructure issues impacting application performance and uptime, utilizing diagnostic software and test equipment.
• Collaborate with cloud and DevSecOps teams to optimize hybrid connectivity and SD-WAN configurations.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including network architecture topology diagrams, IP schemes, firewall rules, and access controls.
• Assist in overseeing the installation and upgrades of facility data network infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, installing, and troubleshooting local-area and wide-area enterprise networks.
• 8+ years of direct experience engineering and designing networking solutions.
• 8+ years experience creating repeatable, scalable network architectures with fault tolerance.
• 8+ years experience monitoring IT environments for security and architecture policy compliance.
• 8+ years experience performance tuning, monitoring systems, and disaster recovery planning.
• 8+ years experience with networking protocols: ARP, CDP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VTP, EtherChannel, 802.1Q trunking, HSRP, QoS, multicast, IPSec, RADIUS/TACACS+, SNMP, BRI/PRI, MPLS.
• 8+ years experience working with SD-WAN.
• 8+ years experience creating network diagrams using tools like Visio.
• Industry standard networking certification (e.g., Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIA).

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years experience with network topology related to Cloud.
• 3+ years familiarity and experience working with cloud networking.
