Description

You will join the Network Triage and Troubleshooting (NTT) Team to resolve high-severity issues impacting a large financial services client's internal and external operations.

Responsibilities

• Triage and troubleshoot high-severity network issues, including outages, slow application performance, and connectivity problems.
• Identify and mitigate network issues across the enterprise infrastructure.
• Advocate for and implement infrastructure as code practices in network operations.
• Resolve incidents by applying deep knowledge of core networking components.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, and architecture.
• Expertise in IP routing, firewall configuration, load balancers, proxies, and DNS.
• Proficiency with Python and Ansible for automation and infrastructure development.
• Hands-on experience with cloud networking and security constructs in AWS and/or Azure.
• Familiarity with ITSM practices for Incident, Change, and Problem management.
• Knowledge of Software Defined Networking (SDN) concepts.
• CCNP or CCSE certification.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
