Description

You will own critical incident response and operational stability for enterprise WAN, LAN, and connectivity environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of P1 and P2 network incidents.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical outages and performance degradation.
• Maintain and optimize SD-WAN configurations, routing protocols, and firewall policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure rapid incident containment and root cause analysis.
• Document incident response actions and contribute to post-mortem reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Versa SD-WAN or similar SD-WAN technologies.
• Strong expertise in BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus platforms.
• Experience with firewall technologies, specifically Palo Alto Networks.
• Proven ability to manage complex WAN and LAN environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco or Aruba wireless infrastructure.
• Connectivity experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Aruba switching and access control solutions.
