Description

You will manage complex enterprise Layer 3 network environments, ensuring maximum uptime and SLA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot escalated technical issues involving routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings to prevent recurrence.
• Own the installation, configuration, and migration of network infrastructure.
• Manage and resolve tickets and service requests within a multi-geo support environment.
• Design Plans of Action (POA) for complex changes and represent technical requirements in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of network administration experience in large enterprise environments.
• Expertise in Cisco and Juniper hardware including routers, L2/L3 switches, and Nexus series.
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
• Hands-on experience with Checkpoint firewalls and Juniper SRX series.
• Proficiency with F5 Big IP LTM/GTM load balancers.
• Experience managing WLAN technologies using Cisco and Juniper Mist.
• Practical knowledge of InfoBlox solutions (IPAM, DHCP, DNS).
• Experience with WAN optimization tools like Riverbed.
• Industry-standard certifications such as CCIE R&S, CISSP, or equivalent expert-level OEM certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks.
