Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise network and security strategies across core datacenters, office locations, and cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee enterprise networking architectures, including preventive maintenance for critical infrastructure.
• Develop technical design documentation, runbooks, and architectural blueprints to ensure smooth operational transitions.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and execute action plans for design resolution and incident post-event reviews.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of technology solutions, including build vs. buy analysis.
• Drive automation efforts to transition the organization toward a self-service network model.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering and design.
• Expertise in BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Hands-on experience with DMVPN and SD-WAN.
• Proficiency with Cisco ACI and EIGRP.
• Deep understanding of Network Design and datacenter best practices.
• Experience with security governance, audits, and integrating security controls into technical designs.
• Strong ability to manage complex projects and ensure on-time completion.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage multiple teams and remote locations.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiations.
