Key Responsibilities
Design and define network project scope based on business requirements
Provide support for enterprise network environments (installation, upgrades, monitoring, optimization)
Manage lifecycle of network assets (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, cabling, fiber, etc.)
Maintain LAN/WAN documentation and standards
Configure and manage Cisco ISR routers, Catalyst switches, and IOS systems
Implement hierarchical network designs
Troubleshoot network issues including VLAN and wireless problems
Follow change management processes for all updates and deployments
Improve network resilience, scalability, and performance
💡 Technical Expertise Required
LAN & Switching:
Rapid PVST, MEC, VPC, VRRP, VSS, STP, VLANs, Trunking, SVI
Routing Protocols:
BGP, EIGRP, OSPF
Tools & Platforms:
Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE, Wireless LAN Controllers
✅ Required Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience
CCNP Certification (Mandatory)
Strong experience in routing & switching
Experience managing LAN/WAN environments
Advanced troubleshooting and optimization skills
Experience with change management processes
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with Cisco Firepower & Palo Alto firewalls
SD-Access implementation experience
Experience in large enterprise environments
