Description

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor network infrastructure and provide L2/L3 support
Lead shift operations and handle P1/P2 escalations
Manage routing, switching, wireless, WAN, and firewall technologies
Troubleshoot complex network issues across datacenter, cloud, and enterprise environments
Configure and support Juniper, Arista, Cisco, Aruba, and Fortinet devices
Manage Site-to-Site VPN, SSL VPN, and network security policies
Support datacenter technologies including VXLAN, EVPN, and MC-LAG
Prepare RCA reports, technical documentation, and network diagrams
Drive automation and process improvements

AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Networking
Network Monitoring & Performance Tools
Windows & Linux Administration Knowledge
ITIL Process Understanding

Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with Juniper, Arista, Cisco, Aruba, Extreme Networks, or Fortinet devices
Experience with Telco environments and global connectivity services
Knowledge of IPv6, NAC, VMware, and Next-Generation Firewalls
Exposure to Ansible, Python, or Ruby scripting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of hands-on networking experience
Strong troubleshooting and escalation management skills
Experience working with global telecom providers and multi-vendor environments
Excellent communication and documentation skills
