Description

You will design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures to ensure stability, security, and compliance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement network equipment installations and capacity planning.
• Perform high-level analysis and troubleshooting of escalated technical issues.
• Manage network security via firewalls, access control lists, and compliance activities like PCI audits.
• Own documentation for network architecture and new installations.
• Act as project manager for small to mid-size networking projects.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of network engineering experience in large enterprise environments.
• 5+ years in a senior capacity leading and coordinating complex projects.
• Hands-on experience with EIGRP, OSPF, RIP, and BGP routing protocols.
• Strong technical acumen with TCP/IP, VLANs, WANs, and Cisco routing and switching.
• Proficiency with SolarWinds and Splunk for network management and monitoring.
• Experience managing firewalls (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, or Palo Alto) and Citrix NetScaler load balancers.
• Working knowledge of VPN, Wi-Fi, and Enterprise Wireless technologies.
• Understanding of AWS network architecture, VTP, and STP protocols.
• Knowledge of cabling standards, including multi/single mode fiber.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA or CCNP certifications.
