Description

You will act as a technical reference for the Global Network Support Service team, managing network and security infrastructure at customer premises.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical escalation point for lower-tier support regarding daily incidents and tasks.
• Manage the installation, upgrades, and application configurations of network technical infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex interoperability problems across diverse networking platforms.
• Maintain secure infrastructure to protect sensitive corporate data from internal and external threats.
• Lead service improvements and document network inventory and designs for both the customer and global teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering and administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco switches, routers, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Proficiency with DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing tools.
• Hands-on experience with Network Services, IPS, Proxy Devices, and VPN Servers.
• Technical expertise in AAA Servers and LAN networking tracing.
• Ability to perform deep problem analysis to solve complex network or systems faults.
• Experience implementing service enhancements and technical solutions based on client requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a global support team structure.
