Description

You will serve as the technical escalation point for the Global Network Support Service team, managing network and security infrastructure at customer premises.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex interoperability issues across diverse networking platforms.
• Manage the installation, upgrades, and configuration of network infrastructure.
• Maintain secure infrastructure to protect corporate data from internal and external threats.
• Lead service improvements and document network inventory and designs.
• Perform deep problem analysis to solve complex network or system faults.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering and administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco switches, routers, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Proficiency with DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing tools.
• Hands-on experience with Network Services, IPS, Proxy Devices, and VPN Servers.
• Technical expertise in AAA Servers and LAN networking tracing.
• Ability to implement service enhancements based on client requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a global support team structure.
