Description

Own the maintenance, configuration, and support of complex Juniper and Aruba network infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform network maintenance, firmware upgrades, and firewall changes on Juniper (MX, EX, QFX, SRX) platforms.
• Provide Tier 3/4 escalation support for complex incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and root cause analysis.
• Manage Aruba Wireless technologies including Airwave, controllers, and cloud-based access points.
• Create and update network documentation, including diagrams, SOPs, and MOPs.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and security features (IPSec VPN, NAT, ACLs).

Required Skills

• 9+ years of IT experience with a focus on network engineering.
• Strong expertise in Juniper Routing & Switching, specifically MX, EX, QFX, and SRX platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Aruba Wireless technologies and Airwave management.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, BGP, OSPF, IPSec VPN, QoS, and NAT.
• Experience with firewall configuration and security policy management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Juniper Certification (e.g., JNCIA) or Aruba Certification.
• Experience with F5 load balancers.
• Experience with Infoblox.
