Description

You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure with a focus on hybrid cloud connectivity and security.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 network segmentation using Cisco Catalyst and Nexus platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot hybrid cloud networking between on-premises environments and Microsoft Azure, including ExpressRoute, VPNs, and Virtual WAN.
• Implement and maintain network security policies using Fortinet FortiGate NGFW and Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
• Manage routing protocols including BGP for edge connectivity and OSPF/EIGRP for internal routing.
• Automate network configurations and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and Python.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Expert-level knowledge of Cisco enterprise networking, including VLANs, trunking, vPC, and STP.
• Strong experience with Azure networking services: VNETs, NSGs, ExpressRoute, and Azure Virtual WAN.
• Proficiency with Fortinet FortiGate NGFW, FortiSwitch, and FortiAP.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls (PAN-OS).
• Deep understanding of routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Experience with network automation tools: Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
• Solid understanding of network security best practices, RBAC, and segmentation strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise systems, databases, and backup traffic.
• Familiarity with enterprise change management and release processes.
