Description

You will own the engineering and operational stability of the data center and enterprise network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, troubleshoot, and manage data center network routing and switching technologies (TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, BGP, OSPF, ISIS).
  • Manage and troubleshoot wired and wireless network hardware platforms, including Nexus, Cisco Wi-Fi, and Arista Wi-Fi.
  • Administer and troubleshoot network load balancers, specifically F5 and Netscaler.
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for L1 NOC issues and execute Method of Procedure (MoP) for changes.
  • Collaborate with service provider teams and vendor TAC support for WAN circuit and network issues.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Network Operations teams.
  • Expertise in TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6 addressing, subnetting, IP address management, and DNS troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency configuring and managing Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls.
  • Solid understanding and troubleshooting experience with SDN concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with BGP, OSPF, and ISIS routing protocols.
  • Experience troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communication infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with network voice infrastructure and load balancing concepts.
  • Ability to articulate complex network issues clearly, both written and verbally.
