You will manage and optimize enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor active network equipment to ensure system availability, reliability, and resource utilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2/3 network issues by analyzing logs and implementing technical solutions.
• Configure and install network devices including routers, switches, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Perform routine maintenance, system upgrades, patches, and security configuration updates.
• Assist in network design, implementation, and capacity planning to prevent potential failures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a network administrator role.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers, Cisco Wireless Access Points, and Cisco Wireless Controllers.
• Proficiency with SD-WAN, LAN segmentation, and Riverbed Bandwidth Optimizers.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, HSRP, and IPSEC.
• Strong knowledge of MPLS, VPN, and QoS.
• Experience with JUNOS and Cisco IOS operating systems.
• Solid understanding of the OSI and TCP/IP models.
• Ability to work independently and manage change management policies.
• Flexibility to work in 24x7 shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification such as CCNP, CCNA, or CCDA.
• Experience with Internet VPN remote implementation and troubleshooting.
