Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex client deployments, migration and act as the technical escalation point.
• Design, implement, and support enterprise network, security, and load‑balancing solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high‑severity, mission‑critical issues.
• Support and engineer public cloud‑based environments
• Drive automation, standardization, and continual improvement initiatives.
• Participate in 24x7 on‑call support and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 9+ years of experience in enterprise, cloud enabled or mission‑critical network environments.
• Strong expertise in routing, switching, TCP/IP, and network security.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco technologies and/or load balancers.
• AWS/Azure or any multi-cloud networking and infrastructure experience preferred.
• Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and familiarity with automation tools.
• Understanding of AI tools
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer‑focused mindset.

Good to Have:

• Public Cloud knowledge beyond AWS, including Azure and/or multi‑cloud networking.
• Experience with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Relevant certifications (CCNP/CCIE, Any public cloud Associate/Professional).
• Exposure to artificial intelligence
