You will own the design, operations, and automation of enterprise LAN/WLAN infrastructure in Pune.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own network design reviews, ensuring standards compliance, segmentation, HA/resiliency, and telemetry requirements.
• Lead operational optimization, capacity planning, and lifecycle/EoL risk management for Catalyst, Nexus, ISE, and WLAN.
• Serve as technical lead for P1 incidents, driving deep troubleshooting, cross-team coordination, and rigorous RCA/CAPA follow-through.
• Define and validate runbooks for failover, DR drills, and non-disruptive maintenance patterns like vPC.
• Own upgrade and patch strategies, maintaining gold templates and ensuring configuration compliance across domains.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Expert troubleshooting of L2/L3 protocols, including OSPF and BGP.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, and ISE platforms.
• Proficiency in automation and assurance using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of wireless security (WPA3, 802.1X) and RF performance.
• Experience with HA architectures, QoS, and network segmentation.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP Enterprise certification (or CCNP Wireless equivalent).
