Description

You will lead complex client deployments, act as the technical escalation point, and design enterprise network and security solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network, security, and load-balancing solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-severity, mission-critical issues.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continual improvement initiatives using scripting tools.
• Support public cloud-based environments and participate in 24x7 on-call rotations.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure customer-focused delivery.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in enterprise, cloud-enabled, or mission-critical network environments.
• Strong expertise in routing, switching, TCP/IP, and network security.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies and/or load balancers.
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash with familiarity in automation tools.
• Understanding of AI tools and their application in network operations.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud networking and infrastructure.
• Experience with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or public cloud Associate/Professional.
