Description

Design, deploy, and support enterprise network infrastructure with a focus on Cisco routing, switching, and SD-WAN technologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise networks, troubleshooting complex routing and switching issues.
• Design, deploy, and maintain SD-WAN solutions across multi-vendor environments.
• Manage Cisco Catalyst and Meraki infrastructure, including VLANs, STP, and EtherChannel.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management via ServiceNow, performing root cause analysis.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and lead optimization or migration projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Deep expertise in BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP routing protocols.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst switches and Meraki platforms.
• Proficiency in SD-WAN design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with multi-vendor environments and OEM coordination.
• Ability to manage critical incidents and drive service stability.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco certifications (CCNP preferred).
• Experience in large enterprise or carrier-grade environments.
