Description

You will own the design, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure across multiple factory sites.

Responsibilities

• Propose architecture designs and collect technical requirements through business meetings.
• Deploy infrastructure and provide operational support alongside vendors and partners.
• Monitor device health and uptime, reacting to alarms and rectifying faults.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting to reduce human error.
• Maintain operational documentation, including runbooks and asset inventories.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, including network, Unix/Linux/Windows systems, and data security.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with data center cabling (1G/10G/25G/40G/100G/200G).
• Hands-on experience deploying and configuring firewalls and load balancers.
• Ability to triage service-impacting issues, apply workarounds, and manage post-incident follow-up.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting proficiency in Python or Bash for task automation.
• Experience with DHCP option82 deployment.
• Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity and ISO 27001 best practices.
