Description

Design, implement, and support complex enterprise network infrastructure and high-availability systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise-level network solutions using Cisco platforms (37xx, 49xx, 65xx, 73xx, 76xx).
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of routing and switching issues in large-scale environments.
• Automate operational tasks and scripts using Python, Bash, or Java.
• Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support technical escalations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, focusing on routing, switching, and infrastructure support.
• Deep expertise in IP networking fundamentals: OSPF, ISIS, BGP, TCP/IP, IPv4 & IPv6.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation with Python, Bash, or Java.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex network diagnostics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Any Graduate).
• Experience with Cisco hardware, line cards, and supervisory modules.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of DWDM, T1/DS1, DS3, SONET (OC3/OC48), and Ethernet standards (802.2/3).
• Familiarity with VLANs/STP (802.1d), HSRP, GLBP, PIMv2, IGMP, LDP, DNS, HTTP, NetFlow, IPSEC, VPNs, and TACACS.
