Description

You will design and operate Carrier Grade SaaS delivery infrastructure to maintain 99.99% network uptime.

Responsibilities

• Implement cloud service integrations for network requirements, data flows, and AWS connectivity including VPC endpoints, Cloud VPN, and BGP peering.
• Test and turn up cloud-based network devices, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Configure and support advanced routing protocols including OSPF and BGP.
• Support and configure SSL, IPsec VPN, firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Participate in incident, problem, service, and change management processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience configuring OSPF, BGP, Layer 7 switching, VPNs, and VoIP related protocols.
• Hands-on experience configuring AWS VPC, VPC endpoints, and AWS VPC Gateways.
• Solid understanding of AWS routing, VPNs, BGP peering, and NAT.
• Proficiency with CloudFormation templates using YAML or JSON.
• Advanced understanding of TCP/IP and the ability to perform and analyze packet captures.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with DNS and AWS Route53.
• VoIP experience with an understanding of SIP peering and trunking.
• Experience with auditing, PCI compliance, and security vulnerability countermeasures.
