Description

You will design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure to ensure stability and security.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support routers, switches, proxy servers, and WAN accelerators.
• Manage LAN, WAN, and Internet systems, including DNS and DHCP services.
• Configure firewalls, routing protocols, and switching to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot faults, and coordinate scheduled upgrades.
• Travel nationally to perform feasibility studies, evaluate requirements, and set up systems at client sites.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience installing and configuring routers and switches.
• Proficiency in managing DNS and DHCP services.
• Ability to configure firewalls and routing protocols.
• Experience with network modeling, analysis, and planning.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and fault investigation skills.
• Willingness to travel across the nation for client installations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WAN accelerators.
