Description

You will own the design, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assess and standardize end-to-end network architecture across core, distribution, access, and WAN layers.
• Rationalize legacy routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) to ensure consistency across all major sites.
• Design and deploy 802.1X and NAC architectures, integrating with identity infrastructure.
• Optimize Palo Alto firewall rulebases, zones, and object structures to ensure DR readiness.
• Execute network changes during scheduled windows while maintaining application uptime.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of enterprise networking experience.
• Deep expertise with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst platforms.
• Advanced routing proficiency in EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
• Experience managing Palo Alto firewalls, including rulebases, HA pairs, and VPNs.
• Proven ability to design and implement 802.1X and NAC in multi-site environments.
• Experience working in high-availability environments.
• Strong documentation and network diagramming skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
