Description

Lead network engineering services from design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of existing networks. Optimize end-to-end system performance and dataflow management across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee general LAN/WAN administration, including scheduling conversions and cutovers.
• Design, integrate, configure, deploy, test, and maintain network devices, interfaces, and methodologies.
• Implement network security architecture in accordance with DoD STIGs, RMF controls, and NIST 800-53.
• Enforce DoD/IC regulatory requirements for classified network environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Network Engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph; CI Investigation closed within last 5 years.
• Experience designing traditional circuit-switched network modules.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 compliance integration for network hardware and software.
• Proven experience as the network engineering lead on A&A activities using NIST 800-53 controls and RMF.
• Proficiency in LAN/WAN administration and dataflow optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Aruba Configuration Essentials, CCNA/CCNP, or Juniper certification (Automation & DevOps, Cloud, Data Center, Enterprise Routing and Switching, Junos Security, or Service Provider tracks).
