Description

You will design, engineer, and implement global wired and wireless network infrastructure, ensuring operational stability and security across multiple platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate LAN, WLAN, and WAN environments.
• Engineer and implement new network hardware and manage infrastructure upgrades.
• Deploy and manage fabric networks in campus environments using Cisco Catalyst Center.
• Maintain network security through tactical change management and code certification.
• Provide operational support and participate in an on-call rotation for impacting issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Network Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and VRF.
• Expertise in switching protocols such as Spanning-Tree and Router Redundancy.
• Experience managing Cisco Campus Chassis, Stack switches, Wireless Controllers, and Access Points.
• Proficiency with wireless communication protocols, standards, and endpoint authentication mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring protocols including SNMP, Syslog, and Telemetry.
• Familiarity with Python3, Ansible playbooks, and REST APIs for automation.
• Understanding of common network services such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, and SSH.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.
• Certified Wireless Network Associate (CWNA) or higher.
• Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) or equivalent.
