Description

You own network monitoring requirements and serve as the primary liaison between local CDO teams and the central monitoring function.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Address network requirement issues and support CDO monitoring needs.
• Configure and monitor alerts using CDO Dashboards.
• Set up network hardware appliances at remote sites.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as required by Technology Operations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with network monitoring tools, including Network Node Manager (NNMI) and Splunk.
• Experience with deep packet inspection using NgOne and NetScout Pulse.
• 3+ years of experience providing service based on end-user experience telemetry insights.
• 5+ years of experience in Technology Operations covering networks, databases, or applications.
• 3+ years of experience with Linux (RHEL).
• 3+ years of experience with database systems such as Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL, or Postgres.
• 5+ years of experience using Event Management (Interlink) and Incident Management (ServiceNow).

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Power BI.
