Description

You will own the stability, performance, and security of the organization's network infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance to ensure high availability and reliability across the organization.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of network systems to prevent disruptions.
• Implement upgrades and patches to network hardware and software to improve performance and security.
• Provide advanced technical support for incident resolution, serving as the escalation point for complex issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and service records.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration or operations within a complex environment.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and core network protocols.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN solutions.
• Experience using SolarWinds and Wireshark for traffic analysis and troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze network traffic to identify root causes of performance bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Experience in network infrastructure service request review and completion.
