You will lead the design and operations of the enterprise network infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define global SD-WAN architecture, setting standards for topology, routing, resiliency, and application-aware traffic steering.
• Drive the Network Access Control (NAC) strategy using Cisco ISE, enforcing Zero Trust principles for device onboarding.
• Design and govern hybrid/multi-cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments.
• Establish global hub-and-spoke and transit architectures to balance scalability and resiliency.
• Oversee cloud contact center solutions, managing provisioning, call flows, and reporting for services like Zoom Phone.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise network architecture and design.
• Specialized experience with Palo Alto ION SD-WAN platforms and global architecture models.
• Deep expertise in Cisco switches, routers, and complex BGP routing environments.
• Strong proficiency in Cisco ISE for NAC, including 802.1X and MAB authentication models.
• Proven expertise in AWS (Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Route 53) and Azure (ExpressRoute, VNet Gateway).
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and define operational standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zoom Phone and SIP call flows.
• Active industry certifications (CCNP/CCIE or Cloud certifications).
