Description

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex global network infrastructure programs and large-scale transformations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of network infrastructure programs and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, security architects, and automation developers.
• Develop detailed program roadmaps, timelines, and milestones aligned with business goals.
• Oversee vendor engagements, contract negotiations, and SLA management.
• Define and track KPIs and OKRs for project performance, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication at both executive and technical levels.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as a Program Manager handling Enterprise Network programs.
• Experience managing complex multi-vendor network environments.
• Technical knowledge of routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
• Familiarity with Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, and SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Python, and Terraform.
• Understanding of ITIL practices, including network maintenance, Change, and Problem management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecom, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP certification.
• PMI certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
