You will architect, design, and manage network security solutions and firewall infrastructure in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design network security solutions, including Palo Alto firewalls and VPNs.
• Configure, implement, and upgrade Palo Alto firewall policies and VPN configurations.
• Optimize firewall rules and manage security requirements gathering.
• Configure dynamic protocols including RIP, OSPF, and BGP.
• Develop and apply iRules within F5 Reverse Proxy (ASM) appliances.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of total professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience configuring Palo Alto firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with F5 Reverse Proxy (ASM).
• Proficiency in configuring dynamic protocols: RIP, OSPF, and BGP.
• Experience configuring and managing Palo Alto VPN.
• Proven experience in security architecture and system integration.
• Demonstrated ability to define, configure, and optimize firewall policies.
• Experience gathering and translating network security requirements into technical designs.
