Description

You will design, implement, and maintain complex hybrid cloud and on-premises network infrastructure with a focus on AWS integration and security automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration and integration of network services into AWS, ensuring secure and scalable connectivity.
• Implement and manage network security solutions, including Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Zscaler secure web gateways.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate network configuration and operational tasks.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain accurate network documentation while participating in on-call rotations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering with a deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS networking services, including VPC, Transit Gateway, and Direct Connect.
• Proficiency in administering and configuring Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX).
• Strong scripting skills in Python for network automation and infrastructure management.
• Expertise in deploying and managing Palo Alto Networks firewalls and security appliances.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and threat mitigation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with container networking, Kubernetes, or other cloud platforms like Azure and GCP.
• Relevant certifications such as PCNSE, Zscaler, or AWS Certified Advanced Networking.
