Description

Manage day-to-day network operations, troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN and wireless issues, and lead infrastructure upgrades and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily network operation support tickets and coordinate network administration tasks.
• Perform LAN/WAN maintenance, upgrades, and hardware replacements as needed.
• Research and evaluate network software products to ensure compliance with administrative procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve wireless and connectivity problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network day-to-day operations and administration.
• Deep knowledge of LAN/WAN principles, wireless network systems design, and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking hardware and software.
• Proven track record troubleshooting complex network and wireless issues across multiple vendors.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and management applications/platforms.
• Understanding of Information Security principles and current network communications technology.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
