Description

You will support the design and deployment of CTI platform services and AWS/Azure database services, ensuring alignment with architectural governance and standards. You will own the automation of complex technical solutions to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks for infrastructure automation.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git (Bitbucket).
• Deploy and maintain AWS and Azure database services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across cloud environments.
• Drive continuous improvement in system reliability and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or network support roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python scripting.
• 2+ years of experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• 2+ years of experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting.
• Experience with AWS DevOps and Azure DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with container technologies like Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ansible Tower.
• Knowledge of Redis, MongoDB, or SingleStore databases.
